I made a delegation to Hamilton City Council today regarding the Environmental Project Report it is to send to the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change.
These are my (brief–we have five minutes to delegate) speaking slides. I focused on the merits of the Report itself and the process, instead of re-litigating the LRT project. I hope it encourages Councillors to finally, after long delays, approve sending this report to the Ministry.
